They need to train their people. They serve Breakfast sandwich in frozen cold muffins as if they dont know the meaning of... toasting. Not sure why these places make fool of customers. Read more
We went through the drive thru on our rental mopeds and they didn?t serve us. The manager was young and seemed like she didn?t... really know how to run a business. I hope she can learn to accept paying customers and not just want to be right. Read more

So i ordered a bowl but instead of that i got a wrap. Not a big deal i was cool about it and asked for bowl instead. And some... girl named Parmer( not sure if i spell it correct) was being very rude to a guy who took my order saying tht your training isover you are no longer a trainee you have to be careful. She could be more polite while delivering a feedback. I mean i feltguilty that why did i ask for a correct order, if i knew that employees are being treated like this just because of a smallthing. Even i work in a food court so i very well know the pressure of work but at the same time no one has right to be thatrude to co workers especially in front of a couple of customers.
