What has happened to McDonald's, it certainly cannot be considered a fast food restaurant anymore. It also cannot claim to be... economical. And then there is the service, it's obvious that they have forgotten it's importance, it don't exist at thislocation that's for certain. The Crispy chicken sandwich that I ordered is inexcusable. Had the chicken been switched tocardboard I would not have been able to tell the difference. The place was near empty at the time I entered. Employees weretripping over each other and It it took fifteen minutes to receive my order. A medium fry appears to be fifteen cold hard frys.I sat to eat and discovered the ketchup dispenser was empty. Went to the counter to get ketchup. People are standing around witharms crossed. I'm sure I was acknowledged standing there but was just ignored. I did not get any ketchup after all. I can saywith complete honesty that I cannot understand why anyone would go there to eat. I can't speak for all McDonald's locations butI will tell you that this location Is gone to hell badly. Not even deserving of one star but that is the lowest that I can rate.An uneatable chicken sandwich, cold half medium fry and a medium coke was over $12.00, not for me thanks. Read more
Don?t go here if you want food in a realistic time frame. The drive thru is the WORST I have ever experienced. On three... occasions we sat in drive thru line for 20 minutes without moving one car. I will never come back to this location. How longdoes it take to put a Big Mac and fries together and hand out a window? Talk about useless workers these days. Read more
Took 40 minutes to get my food and when I did there was stuff missing. The staff is unprofessional and really slow. I've never... seen slower service at a McDonald's before. The garbages were full and there were no ketchup containers for the ketchup. Also donot sit in the upstairs it was disgusting and the tables were falling apart. Read more

McDonald's is normally a place where you set your expectations low, but this location manages to hit rock bottom. Frequently... misses items from orders or gets them wrong, have waited 15 minutes for a single ice cream cone, and was legitimately handedroom temperature coffee when I was the only customer in the store.
