I have been going to this kfc 2 times a week for 4 years and will not be going there anymore , it has gone down hill the last... few months !! Things missing in my order , chicken pieces smaller and the staff are not trained good enough .I live close to thelocation and the kfc sign is never lit up so how do people know its open if they are driving by . I don't know if it funny but I felt insulted with one of the crew, while Im ordering Im quite confused what to order because Im... reading menu from the upper. I asked him if there is spicy or it can mixed the original, suddenly maybe he feels I don't knowwhat to order he told me directly if it my first time in KFC. So disrespectful in my part, so I told him actually I always orderonline so its easy for me just click on my finger. For example if the customer is first time to enter in the foodestablishment,its that the proper way to say directly that first time there.
