They Never gets an order right ever. Maybe i just have bad luck but the last 5x ive went there 3x they messed up my order. The guy at the drive thru window handed me a coffee and the lid popped off. The coffee burned the front if my chest and legs. I... pulled around and asked to speak to a manager but there was no manager on duty. I eventually got in contact with corporate theysent me to get my car seat washed and gave me a 50 dollar gift card. The burns on my legs and chest were not worth 50 bucks. Read more
Drive thru attendant didn't put the lid on the coffee and it spilled all over my suv and burnt my arm. All he did was giggle n... say oh sorry but you grabbed the lid. Instantly passed blame on the customer for his mistakes. There was no managers from what Iwas told either. Terrible service. I'd give them -100 rating if I could. Read more
