I used the drive thru to get a Crunchwrap. I drove 5 minutes to my destination to find my lunch icy cold. Meat ... cold. Beans... ... cold. Wrap, which is supposed to be grilled aka crunchy ... cold, soft and no grilling colour on it. When I called therestaurant I was told that it was made fresh for me. Yes it was! Fresh and out the window with no time to warm on the grill. I'drather be told that my order will take a little longer than eat a cold, soft non-crunch wrap.
