I have become a regular customer here for their amazing value, even without coupons you can get a full meal for $6-7, which... doesn't happen at other places anymore, even supposedly budget chains. Customer service is great, including today - I was servedcold and rock-solid chicken nuggets during my visit, and when I called about it, the manager on shift personally made sure toreplace them with fresh nuggets. The quality of the food isn't particularly mindblowing, but for the value offered here, it'sdefinitely worth it, and still on par with or better than what you get at more expensive fast food places. One of the staff kicked me and my friend out of the Indian Road Burger King like an 30-45 mins before closing after we sat down... to eat in store and we weren?t told anything about it being closed so we have to walk home to finish eating. i ordered 2 BIG KING XL'S ...... i got 2 single patties burgers with sauce...... smaller patties than the big king... xl........ not even close to what i paid for. yet on my receipt it stated they were big king xl's what a joke. not evenworth the time to complain as there is no one competent that cares enough to even speak to about it. how hard is it to get anorder right when the place is more dead than blockbuster video before it closed forever.
