I ordered online. They called to say they were out of corn. I agreed to a change. The driver texted to say he could find my... building and told ne where he was. He was 1 door away. I texted instructions and got no response. So I called. Again he claimedhe was right outside. I told him what sldoor he was looking fir and the buzzer code. He blamed it on the app and said he'd tryagain. The next thing I know the tracker says it's delivered. I called the number for KFC on the tracker and was given the storewho said I had to cal Uber eats or Skip the Dishes. I did not choose the delivery method. I then called the 800# from the appagain and was told all they could do was cancel. I called the store again and was told they would call back. Nothing. I amseriously unimpressed! Read more
I used to go here all the time. Big orders for the family, it was good. My food took forever and it was old, crusty and hardly... edible. They subed food for whatever they had on hand without asking and the lady I spoke with was incredibly rude and raisedher voice at me. I don't mind waiting for fresh food. I understand they can get busy...but this was the final time I will visittheir store. I will not be yelled at for no reason... Read more
Incredibly slow, every time. Minimum 15 to 20 mins in the drive thru every time. You think I'd learn.
