I think this is the worst MACD I've experienced in Canada. This location is the slowest and the burger is in pieces after put... together. Like any other McDonald's. You can't expect 14-17 years old kids to do adults type of customer service. They have years of... learning curve ahead of them. Overall okay location. Dirty and unorganized. Got my kid a happy meal it was missing fries. Iselected to have a Pokémon toy, but got some random book. They said no toys available. Read more

Today was a terrible experience. It took 20 minutes to receive the ice cream cone I requested. ridiculously absurd I complained... to the worker and I was shrugged off after explaining my situation to the employee and only then I asked a second time and onlyreceived my ice cream, five minutes after my second request, was my ice cream supplied. Service like this is completely absurd,speaking as a former McDonald's employee. Making an ice cream cone takes 20 seconds, not 20 or more minutes. It was a worker whowent by the name Annaloa or something similar. Read more
