Sure it was busy but there were only 3 ladies working 2 in the back 1 at cash and order prep. Still food was great and service... was friendly despite the huge rush! My recommendation to owners would be to hire more people to accommodate the travelers needfor quick service. Read more
The food was tasteless which included the fried chicken, the biscuit, mashed potatoes, and cole slaw....quite frankly the food I... received was a very poor attempt at competiting with KFC. just some advise keep it simple, and flavorfull,don't get silly tryingso hard to make a mark among other chicken joints, only a recipe for failure. Look at the amount of fries that come with the combo....that's ridiculous, also cannot use coupon, would not recommend it
Very typical airport food. I got a honey biscuit, a fried drumstick and a breast. The skin was hard and not not flavorful. ... The meat was dry and not flavorful. I didn't expect much and it met my expectation. I tried some of the orange chicken fromHanami next door and that was slightly better. Read more
