Came in as a group for a cone on a hot day. Ordered and they brought out cones that looked different than normal. The texture... was more solid than a regular come and the color was kinda yellowish. We asked the cashier what was different, and she said"we're trying new". Literally, that's it, no other information given. I wanted to have a quick late night snack last night. Order simplely two item double fliet with no tartar sauce. And sausage egg... Mcmiffin. Simple right? Guess it is too difficult for No2 McDonald. On my bill (shows on the picture), clear says double filetand been charge for it. This happens many time already. Would the staff recheck the order before put in the bag? On the otheritem, I clearly says Sausage egg, even the staff took the order repeat back as Sausage egg. But then yet still put in the wrongorder with no egg. Oh well, a least I didn't get charge for it. But the muffin is dry and old and burn like the pictureshow. Two simple item. Two mistake and trash and burn food quality. Come on No2 McDonald. I see many one star on your reviewmainly complain about food quality. And yet the management never reply or common any one of them and never show any improvement.And come on, staff, if you are not capable to check if the right order is been order and put in the bag, and keep up the foodquailty in the fast food restaurant, I don't know what other job you can do. Everytime I have gone Herr, asked to pull over. Seems the case for everyone almost. If the food was real hot and fresh then I... could understand but it's almost always cool.
