Ordered through Uber and we were charged for add ons we never received and they even forgot the whipped cream on my wife?s PLS... that was legit half full I really wish I could post a picture of how pathetic it was.. how does someone forget whip on a psl andthink to fill a venti half way and think someone is going to be ok paying 6$ for a drink that is half full. It was even selectedand printed on the side of the cup our add ons and whip.. all you have to do is know how to read and use a whip cream bottle toget it right.. Uber never offers any help or refund and neither does Starbucks so yet again they get away with taking money forthings they don?t even give you. Read more
This place is big and clean. Staffs are friendly. But unfortunately, the Dragon drink I ordered today tasted like water with... no flavours. I believe the barrister forgot to add some flavours in it. Read more

Thank you for making my drink correctly. It's been a struggle the past few months for me. The location I normally go to has... been continuously making my drink wrong and had a few instances where people took my mobile orders. - not sure how they keepturning my hot chocolates and teas into coffees...i can't have coffee (as I get a bad reaction from it). Although this locationis a bit out of the direction I go for work, it's worth it. Not only do they make my drinks correctly, but they taste waybetter. Hot chocolate isn't watery. Teas lattes taste like the tea (and not plain milk and water). Service is also good, theyare super friendly and welcoming. It's always busy when I go yet they get your drinks done quick. Read more
