I wasn't expecting much based on the reviews and the fact that it's essentially a mall food court restaurant. But I was... pleasantly surprised. The staff greeted me right away, I got my food very quickly and tasted decent for the price point. We ordered Deep Fried Squid for 16.99 and we were extremely disappointed when the order came. Believe me or not, but everything... is all tentacles, not even a single body on it. It feels like we were got scammed As we were expecting real squid. They shouldjust put DEEP FRIED TENTACLES in their menu and NOT SQUID. This is very upsetting experience to this restaurant. My daughter in law just tried to rerun some sushi because of allergies, the spicy tuna roll had tempura inside which isn?t... standard . The manager was rude to her and would not re-make or give a refund on those 2 rolls. While she was discussing withthe manager 2 employees were trying to usher a mouse out which ended up running over her foot. She again asked for a refund nowthat she saw that and the manager said that was a separate issue and asked her to leave. Not impressed, very poor customerservice. Read more

We stopped in to try the Cali rolls..told we weren?t aloud to sit in or out of the restaurant because we have to spend 12$ a... person to dine in. The rude attitude was the reason for our no tip.
