We ordered the Falafel Wrap and there was no hummus inside; it was not right. Also, the cashier let me use the credit card... machine when I tried to pay with a gift card when she needed to process the gift card for me instead (she wasted my time becausethe machine did not respond to the gift card). I tried to ask for her help but she was not available. She rudely pointed at thecredit card machine when she asked us if we wanted the wrap to be heated. This was unnecessary and rude. I come here often and today is the worst! I bought 2 drinks and I as I paid for both drink the Chinese cashier didnt even turn... back to scan my Jugo rewards.. she was just keep heating up the chicken wraps as I was standing there waiting for her to lookback at me and scan the jugo rewards . BUT SHE DIDN?T . So the other lady helped me which is an Indian lady, she scanned myrewards and she saw that I can claim a free drink so she went through it.. but she also didn?t not RECORD the transaction for myorder that I made?the CHINESE lady fixed it when I told her what she did but she didn?t even say sorry for her mistake!!!!SERVICE is so bad and the drink is too sour! Excellent customer service provided by the store supervisor. I'm a regular customer at this store, and the store supervisor... always recognizes customers and provides 5 star, tailor-made service.
