My family and I had a horrible dinner experience here. We ordered our food and was given an order of garlic bread after 10... minutes. 20 minutes passed by and everyone else have received their order except us. I brought my receipt to the counter andasked if there is any problem with my order as we have not received our chicken order after 30 minutes. The waitress was snarkyand asked "you didn't received anything?" I said "all I received was an order of garlic bread." The waitress looked in disbeliefand I added "you can check my table that all I have is a small empty plate for the order of garlic bread." She then agreed tolook into my order. Our order finally came 5 minutes after my inquiry. The waitress offered no apology for the delay or anyexplanation for the delay. It is fine to say you missed the order, at least show me you are accountable for your mistake. Yes,the store seemed to be under staffed, but it doesn't mean unapologetic poor service. This was a fantastic Nandos location. Good area, and enough free parking. The restaurant itself was clean and nice inside, and... the staff were friendly too. As usual the food was fantastic and the prices fair. I?d love to come again. Read more
