I would give this place a zero if I could. I just walked out of there without eating a drop of food, and somehow still payed... $10.97. While we were still looking at the menu the manager was constantly hovering over and interrupting us, and decided afterseeing we had checked off the pork broth on our menu, to bring it out to us BEFORE WE ORDERED!! We were about to leave to goelsewhere, and he brought the soup out even though we had not ordered. Then, when we requested to leave, he made us pay for thesoup! The soup we did not even want in the first place! I never leave reviews, but the amount of frustration I'm feeling rightnow is insane. 0/5 would not recommend, it's expensive and they clearly DO NOT care about customer service. Way overpriced for hotppot, food portion is less. Flavour is okay. Would rather go Haidilao for hotpot. Service is good thou.
