Been in there twice , looking to enjoy a fresh salad both times i was not even greeted or noticed the first time i was in there... for several minutes standing up at the counter there was no one ordering and everyone sitting down was already eating. Me and my girlfriend went there like a week ago. I love chopped leaf and been to all locations in Vancouver. It was my first... time in Richmond and I met the owner(Richard) there. He was so sweet and provided exceptional customer service ?? We talked alot and it was a great experience. Relatively new to this franchise...this particular location and experience with this staff has been unpleasant. When asking... questions about their meals it seemed they didn't care or lack the knowhow in promoting their products even though it wascompletely empty. Looked back at staff when leaving only to see them laugh at me out the door. Now I know why it's not thatbusy. A bad vibe and overall unwelcoming. Read other 1 star reviews. Not the best when this franchise is relatively new onthe market and ample competition all around. Best go to freshii nearby. Read more
