This is my usual poke place but lately I have just been so disappointed with their quality of food. Typically, I am not the type... of person to complain, but my recent experiences have been atrocious. The first bad experience was this one time I orderedthrough uber eats. I always get the same BYOB, with edamame and jalapeños. I was so excited to eat my bowl, and realized thatthey have messed up my toppings and they added tobiko. Personally, not a big deal to me. It would be for other customers if theyhappened to be allergic to something and it was accidentally added to their bowl. I brushed it off and as I continued to eat, Ifound the bowl to be extremely spicy. I consider for me to have a high spice tolerance, but I started picking out all thejalapeños in my bowl and put them aside. As I was doing that, there was a tremendous amount of jalapeños, that it created ahuge pile on my napkin. It was so spicy, it almost made it unenjoyable to eat. But what really tied it together was that therewas a grass-like flavour in my bowl. It was the edamame. I'm not sure if it was old but it definitely was not tasting like howit was supposed to. In fact, the grass-like flavour was so empowering, I ended up throwing my bowl away out of disgust. Superdisappointed from that experience but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and order from them again. Mind you, thisis about a week after the previous incident. My friends and I decided to get poke for our lunch break. Service was good perusual, the portions for everything was meh. We ate back at work. All was good until I found a staple from my bowl (shown in thephoto below). It was hidden in the rice and I noticed it when it was ALREADY IN MY MOUTH and had to pull it out of my mouth. Iwas at work and did not think it was worth my time going back to complain. I was contemplating if I should even continue to eatit but I ended up having to throw away another bowl, yet again. I'm super disappointed, this is usually Read more

The poke here is really really good. The bowls are tasty and fresh. There seems to be no quality control as to what is given to... customers when picking up online orders. Last week I ordered 4 bowls. When picking them the 2 BYOB were exactly as ordered. TheSmoke bowl was missing some things but the worst was the Pacific bowl. It had spicy tuna, spicy crab salad, jalapenos andradish. When my husband returned to get them to remake it the employee wanted to argue with him about the ingredients in aPacific bowl. It turned out the employee had no real idea what was in this bowl (which is probably why it was wrong in the firstplace). I'd suggest coming to the restaurant and ordering cause then you can watch them make it. This is the second time I'vehad problems with pick-up (a couple of months ago they only gave me half my order). Good poke. Terrible for online takeout Read more

Had the Smoke bowl and though it was rated 1 pepper, I have a feeling it could have been rated a 2 pepper at least. That... somewhat took away from the taste of the bowl which was otherwise pretty solid. My wife had the Pacific bowl and that wasslightly on the blander side. Price wise, they're very reasonable and the daily deals make them an easy choice for a quick andhealthy meal. Read more
