I argued with the store manager because she refused to provide any ketchup for my daughter's fried chicken combo. After getting... home we found there's something on my daughter's fried chicken, and it looks like someone had spit on it. The buns of my sandwich were all bottoms, We did call and they just said that "Maybe it's a mistake whoever made your order" ... poor Customer service thru phone call. They did not even bother to get it back and replace it for new one . Read more
