The food is almost always fresh, and the staff are incredibly kind and friendly. The manager, a shorter Asian lady who seemly... works like freaking 80 hours per week, is an absolute gem. Whoever owns this place, please cherish her and acknowledge the hardwork she puts in for you every single day. She greets people with a smile and is always willing to accommodate the specialrequests made. I see her doing it all, from food to drinks to cash to customer service. I love Dairy Queen. My personal favourite is the Banana Split. The combination of fresh banana with ice cream and... pineapple/strawberry jam and chocolate syrup is just?perfect. Of course, I also go for their burgers and chicken when I can.Their ?flamethrowers? are the best if you like it ???? ???? ???? . There used to be a DQ near my home but now I don?t get it asoften since the closest on is on the other side of Richmond. Staff here have been great and very fast with the orders. Great service at this location. The supervisor managed the kitchen and counter server extremely well. Our stacked burgers... arrived steaming hot and fresh. Unheard of at other locations in Vancouver. The burgers from these other locations were onlylukewarm and looked steamed, not seared on a flat top. Rossana is super friendly and very well at communicate about what we want for the custom cake. This store has issue with... delivery tho. I arranged Fantuan to pickup, while the a male staff there was very rude, not trained, and not good atcommunication, not even bring up our inquiry to the back kitchen. It caused us big trouble and waste of time to coordinate withour Fantuan delivery guy in order to get the cake. I email them back and tell them what was happening. No one replied me asingle word. Hope this won't happen to anyone else. Nowadays customer service is the key! I would recommend people to go DQsteveston, if you can't get on hold of Rossana, try another store.
