Did an online pick up order for a ?Favourites Bucket? and the ?Bacon Lovers Ultimate Box Meal? back at the end of September and... was extremely disappointed. The service during pick up was unfriendly, despite how it should have been a quick exchange. When Iunwrapped the burger (I wish I took a photo now but I was so hungry, I just wanted to eat right away), the sauce was all overthe wrapper and bun already, so it looked nasty, but did not think too much about it since it may have just been one of those?saucy? burgers? What really bothered me is, I don?t even know if the burger was correctly assembled lol. Photos and descriptionclearly indicate bacon, but I didn?t see a single piece on the burger or taste any? After exchange the franchise to the East Indian,food quality and service is not good as before. Counter sales playing phone... while customer waitting,porcorn chicken is soft,seems re-heated only,not fresh deep fired. Even not want to give you the plumsauce if you not asking. Please don?t go to this location, the people worked there are not honest and absolutely poor service. I ordered the ultimate... bucket with 4 piece chicken, 4 chicken strips, 2 fries, 1 popcorn chicken, two side and two dipping source. They short me twopiece of chicken and no dipping source. Always count and check your orders before you leave as the worst thing is that theynever answer customer calls. Go eat somewhere else for better value and service! Read more
I would give 0 star if I could. I ordered a combo with 4 piece chicken. I got a breast, a small drum stick, a wing with a piece... of small meat attached , and a drummette. I could accept a small drum stick but what in the world is a chicken wing and adrummette counting as 2 pieces ? I am going back to Churches Chicken. Read more
