It was a nearly 30 min wait for the bucket I ordered after arrival. There were 2 food delivery services waiting for food when I... got there & one said he had been waiting nearly 30 min for his order. The wait was long, but at least the food was fresh. Read more
The east Indian lady who take my order in the drive was very rude. I'm still ordering and she asking me to pull ahead even... though I'm telling her I'm not done yet. She reply to me "what else did you need!!!". I don't get the point of being rushed tothe customer this is very unacceptable and very unprofessional no customer service at all. As I pulled to the window she gave mean eyeball and rudely looked and laugh at her other colleague. I recommend don't visit this location. Read more
Stealing money. I have called kfc customer service to put complaint through. You ask for A spicey mayo and they charge 3 times... without telling me. I asked for receipt to check the reason for why my bill is slightly higher than usual for same order. Paidon VISA, after argument she asked for mayo back and scooped 2/3 portions out and gave me a refund of 60cents cash withoutreceipt. Kept asking for receipt for 60 cents for proof and they refused it. Told me come inside store to discuss further thatI refused to go You charge me in drive thru so solve my issue here. I choose drive thru so I don't have to go insiderestraunt. Its not about 60 cents but about stealing from people in drive thru thinking they will get away as people usuallydon't check receipts for minor charges and keep on driving after pick up.
