I usually have a good experience here. The food is always good. This time however they automatically charged a 30% tip. Burger 1) Asked for mozzarella on my bacon cheeseburger. The cashier had no idea what I was talking about or what mozzarella... cheese was. Burger 2) Asked for a bacon cheeseburger; received no cheese at all. Burger 3) Asked for a cheeseburger; received amini cheeseburger instead. The food was fine, the staff were friendly, the amount of fries was overwhelming, and the restaurantwas clean but I was disappointed.
