One star because the waitress was an absolute sweet heart! The manager on the other hand was aweful. He came by out table after... we had waited almost 20 minutes for our drinks ( still waiting for our food order to be taken). When the manager came by ourtable we asked about our drinks and he kicked told us he didn't like our attitude and told us to leave. Won't be back to thislocation for sure. Read more

Food is consistently good and we found that the fried wings here at the Rochdale branch is seasoned better and fried better... than other branches. Takeouts are always good as service to dine in is pretty unpredictable. Some days the managers and serversare just awesome and work seamlessly together but some days you can’t find the manager and the young server just can’t seemto figure out what to do and kept disappearing we had to wait literally half an hour to even get a menu. Always check your order when you pick it up. They have habit of forgetting half the order. Today they forget all the drinks and... dessert for the kids meals and a salad. What do you get for having to drive back and pickup all the forgotten items? Nothing. We will just order elsewhere from now on. Read more
