This was our 1st time ordering from this location. It may have been our last. Picked up our pizzas drive home only to see that... one of them was incorrect. Called back to the store and no answer...called back 3 more times before anyone answered. They saidthey are busy and asked me to call back in 30 minutes. I told them I already recieved our pizzas and there is one that iswrong...he put me on hold, then I could hear people talking and then they hung up in me. So I called back...just let it ring andring...no answer. I was pretty cranky by now as this is our supper that is getting cold...so we took the wrong pizza back tothem. They asked me twice what was wrong with it...I showed them the receipt and explained to them that they didn't make thecorrect pizza. They said they think they gave my pizza to someone else. They would have a new one ready in 10 minutes. When itwas ready they waved at us, put the pizza down on the counter and walked away. I looked it was put back in the same box Ibrought the other one in and there was more of the thin crust showing then there was toppings....but since no ine was at thecounter and I didn't want to wait or make my family wait to eat any longer we just took it. Customer service is key in anyindustry and if thats how they are going to treat their customers this one won't be open long. I ordered 2 large pizzas and its more like 2 large pieces of bread. I ordered on ham and mushroom and it has literally one slice... of ham and one slice of mushroom, per slice of pizza. The other, the same thing very stingy. For $60 dls. its not worth it.Ill go somewhere else for good pizza. Read more
