Very disappointed with my food and the service tonight. It used to be great food and service. My baked fettuccine was barely... warm sent it back and it wasn't even hot the second time. Came here with my parents tonight. The service was good however I ordered the spaghetti and meat sauce and it was the worst... spaghetti I?ve had in my life. The sauce was actually a GREY colour and the flavour and consistency was like a watery gravy. Myfathers pizza was fine but my mothers meal wasn?t terribly appetizing either. Selin was very exceptional as our server. The food was astounding and I'll be back with family/friends in tow.
Pizza and lasagna are good so I ordered from there at least once every couple weeks for 15 years. They have some absurd policy... where you can't order kids meals for take out or delivery so their suggestion is just to order adult sized meals for small kids.I'm not going to argue with them about it but this is terrible customer service and lost a 15 year regular customer over it.
