If there were an equivalent to a fast food / McDonald’s for BBQ smoked food, it would be Montana’s. The service was fine and... my 5 year old quite enjoyed drawing on the paper that covered the table. I remember having fun here when I was a kid likely dueto the novelty of table colouring and birthday headwear but unfortunately there was no nostalgia to be had. If you’re going topay for dry bland meat, I’d do it elsewhere. Read more
I would give ZERO stars if I could. waited 1 hour after receiving our meal to get a drink. couldn't even finish my steak because... I didn't have a drink to wash it down. Talked to the manager and all he could do is take off 15% from the bill which was still$95 for my fieance and I. 3 other servers working and not a single one could help us while our original server was helping agroup. I was surprised by the poor service at the Regina location. This Sunday September 11, I ordered a 10 ounce well done steak but... they gave me a smaller steak medium well, I noticed this and I told the lady who attended us but she assured me it was 10 ouncesbut I have eaten several times the 10 ounces steak at the Winnipeg location and I know that it was not 10 ounces. I alsorealized that they did not give me my salad that came with the steak either until the end of our dinner but I no longer wantedto bother since my husband and I were in the company of some very dear friends celebrating something very special. Finally,when I paid the bill, I only added a 10% tip because of all the inconveniences and when I got to the hotel I realized that theycharged me a 18% tip, I am very upset because they think that one does not notices all those details. Terrible experience there last night, the waitress seemed pretty scattered and between 3 people we ended up spending $100, the... one thing that bothered me was that she brought out our dessert, never said anything about the cookie dessert skillet being hotor anything so I figured it was more of a plating choice and got burned bad enough that my black tattoo turned white and burnedfor over an hour even with ice on it and it is blistered today. All the waitress said was “oh I didn’t know it was hot”when she was told it had happened. Read more
