The lady working the drive through was completely arrogant.. we asked for some sauce. Just for some sauce, we only received one... and wanted some more for the COUPLE of meals we got. I think that?s understandable. So we waited for her to come back and ask uswhat we needed as she was standing there doing nothing anyway.. she looked at us multiple times before walking away and gabbingsome cups to make some milkshakes. The machine ran out of icream and before even helping us she looks at us and went to go fixit. As if just asking us what we needed would take so long. So we knocked on the window and got nothing. Knocked again and shefinally came. She came to the window and says ?what? ? just zero customer service and made us sit there for 5 min or more justto get some sauce after she saw us multiple times. I?ve always loved Arby?s. In the past, this location has been good. However, today was a disappointment. I ordered double roast... beef sandwich with poutine. Poutine was excellent. The sandwich looked like it had been thrown against the wall and stepped on.When I returned it for one that looks like the poster, the employee gave me a blank confused stare the replacement sandwich took5 min to make. By the way, we were the only customer in the restaurant (2pm). It felt like the employees didn?t give a f$&@. Read more
This place is the best. After ordering the guy that took my order brought my kid a toy to play with while we waited for our... food. The new interior looks very nice and classy. I cant recommend this place enough. The staff was super friendly and my mealwas super delish. Read more
