I went there with my sister this tuesday, The customer service was great. Girl working there was very polite and friendly, we... asked her name, it?s Shagandeep. Worst experience at a sub shop hands down. Went 2x this past week. Bad experiences each time. Only went back the 2nd time... thinking maybe it was an off day for the employee, though after the 2nd time there, I've learnt the service and food qualityare just consistently terrible. The lady serving us was beyond unpleasant having a moody demeanor. Was rude when asked abouttoppings. I ordered a bacon turkey guac and there was hardley any turkey! There wasnt even enough turkey to cover the bun. Myguess was 2 thin slices 1mm thick, broken up. Only about a half piece of bacon crumbled on my entire 9" sub, and no guac. Toput into perspective Mr sub uses 6 slices (of equal thickness as quiznos i might add) in comparison. My husband had the steakcheddar chipotle sub and his meat was so scarce it didn't even cover the bottom of his bun either. Unsure if this is quizno'snew industry standards, using such little meat, though food quality and meat portions seem to be half if not a 3rd of what werecieve at other quizno's locations. Very disappointing for the amount we paid, quality is not at all worth the price charged.Im not expecting meat to be piled up several inches thick, though any other competitor they use at least 3x the amount of meat.Very unpleasant experience. ???? *Response to the reply from owner: It's unfortunate that the only response given is a genericcopy and paste message every unhappy customer is given. I have NEVER in my life had worse customer service than with this same female employee of yours at this location. I?m done... being quiet because this is not the first time she has been very rude and argumentative and literally the worst customer serviceI?ve ever had. I own a business and if this was my employee I would be complete embarrassed and ashamed. There was anothercustomer in the store and he told me he was calling corporate because the exact same thing happened to him, and I told him aboutmy past experiences also. I have reached out to corporate complaints explaining the situation and would love to speak towhoever the heck owns this place and allows this employee to work in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also seeing other reviews about her onhere that is clearly the same person. Arguing with me about my order saying I?m wrong 15 times when the other customer heardwhat I said and she still continues to argue with me.. with the most attitude and disrespect- I am literally flabbergasted!
