Tried ordering chicken Caesar wrap and add extra chicken souvlaki meat to it. Couldn't even get the order right. It's a chicken... Caesar wrap and you add extra meat, how hard is that. I ask him why there wasn't any bacon as a Caesar wrap should have that heasks me how. Said i ordered a souvlaki wrap. If I can order it on skip the dish like that shouldn't be an issue in person. This place has gone downhill. I used to eat here regularly and never had a complaint but I went this past Saturday morning and... it was very disappointing. Bathroom & tables were filthy and our pitas were made with old wilted lettuce, they were disgusting.Threw them out after 2 bites, will not be back. *****Update***** After I posted this review stating my total dissatisfactionwith my experience at this place, you can see they responded and did the customary ?please contact us so we can fix this?response. I did so immediately (a month ago) and never received any reply. This is the worst kind of business and management.There are many more worthwhile places to eat that actually care about the customer experience, instead of pretending to. Read more
Went and ordered a flatbed Hawaiian pita, got home and opened it to find a bbq chicken pita. Drove back to the store and... explained that I had ordered a Hawaiian one. Two gentleman went in the back and talked, then came back and said that I ordered abbq chicken one. I explained I have never ordered bbq chicken in my life and that it?s not a big deal and that I?d just like theone I actually ordered. Then got accused of lying about what I ordered. I explained why would I drive all the way home, change,go to eat and then drive all the way back to have it changed. The one worker was extremely rude. The bathroom was also quitegross, smelt very poor and the paper towel holder was out of order so the paper towel was just laying on the kids changingtable. Read more
