I'd like to say I love taking my family to get hot chocolate at the Rochdale location because the Staff & Drinks are always... amazing. Tried ordering 3 Hot Chocolates for my family Oct 4th @4:11pm at the drive thru. Before I was even able to order myfirst drink the guy yelled at me is that everything. I tried again to finish my first drink but before I could even start heyelled again say yes is that everything. I told him to cancel my order and drove away. I will never waist my time going to theQuance location again. We quickly ran to the Rochdale location and as always the staff & drinks were amazing. Read more
Ask the guy in the drive thru for a large double double coffee his answer was NO this isn't Tim Hortons. I apologized saying I... don't usually order coffee from second cup. He still proceeded to be very rude. I went to the Rochdale location and they had noproblem with me asking for a Double Double. I would recommend never going to the Quance Location. Read more
Atmosphere, service and my order was first rate, this is a gem ???? of a spot, i just cannot recommend it highly enough!
Drinks are not overly sweet, which is great for me. They have smoothies, frappes, lattes, and even dog treats for the pups!
