I thought the crust was nicely flaky and there was a generous amount of filling but I was very very disappointed in the lamb,... pea and mint filling as the mint completely overwhelmed every other flavour. I could not taste the lamb or peas or carrots orcrust. I like mint, often drink mint tea, but I think you have to be careful when cooking to not have one flavour utterlyoverwhelm all the others.
