The staff is wonderful and service is good, I just wish they?d fix their Starbucks card machine soon
This Starbucks location might have the best staff in the city. They very quickly learned my name and are often confirming my... order before I even reach the front counter. They also engage in conversation with almost every customer even while creatingyour drink order. I have seen this engagement with multiple customers and you can tell they have built a very loyal customerbase with this attention to detail with their customer service. Read more
The staff here is just wonderful!! Especially the two that stand out most - Chris and the other lady who is a foreign descent... (total sweetheart), she makes the coffees usually and Chris works the till and bakery items! I love going here to get my coffeeand a snack in the morning, they are always on the morning shift during the week - super welcoming, and very personal in thekindest way! These two deserve a raise and to be recognized as they go above and beyond to make customers feel special and lookforward to coming back to this Starbucks. Other Starbucks staff at other locations are not very friendly. Oh and I shouldmention, my drinks are always made deliciously perfect! ?? Read more
