What a horrible place. If you order online you can never get what you want. I placed order for honey dip donut more than 5 times... and each time they say "we dont have honey dip donut. Can we get something else." I dont know how they can say the same excusemore than 5 times. They dont have the common sense that all donuts are not the same. Read more
Ordered in store, watched atleast 6 orders go out the drive thru that had ordered after me. Terrible in store service. ????????
Go there for my lunch break everyday. Almost if not always get coffee that taste burnt or old so I have to get a caramel shot to... compensate for that taste. Closing shift gives okay service but the opening crew is beyond terrible. None of them seem like theycare about anything. I get very rushed and the one time the girl said ?don?t tell me how to make my food? after I politely askedif my food is being made after waiting 10-15 minutes. One time I didn?t get my potato wedges and when I asked for them the samelady that is always rude made them for me but when she gave me them she said next time I want food I have to pay for it. I live out in Westerra, less then 5 mins away from this location. I've been going to this location for over a year and I'm... officially done with it. Most of the drinks I get are now VERY POORLY MADE. From regular Coffees, Ice Capps, to cold brews, eventhe food has taken a major dip in quality to the point where it is a waste of money. I've kept going back hoping it would bebetter but it NEVER is. Do not recommend this location. From now on I will make the extra 10 min drive to a different part ofthe city to get my Tim Horton's and advise others to the same. Read more
