Service was quick, as we ordered through the app and picked up in the drive thru.
I would have given it ONE star, but this is unfair to the rest of the employees. The lady that took my order didn't prepare my... orders (which I know she should because she did it for the customers before me), the gentleman handling the drive throughprepared my coffee, and when i spent some time waiting for my tea another gentleman helped me. I know I shouldn't criticize whenemployees talk to each other but this should be done when there are no customers (I work in a customer service job, so I knowthat ), but again the lady preparing food during my visit she was all talking, her colleagues were moving fast to deliverorders, but she was all talking. Also, the branch was so full of flies. I am sad to give this rate to a Tim Hortons branch. Read more

So, I?ve gotten from this one a few times. The coffee is usually good but they must but zero effort into the food. A couple... times in a row my habanero chicken bowl had no rice at all. I ordered a belt today and the egg had so many shells in it, I hadto throw it away after one bite, the tomatoes were also cut 2 inches thick and the gave me a bottom part of the tomato. If thatsnot sabotage or completely careless working I dont know what is. They should have someone actually supervising to make sureeverything is made correctly! Read more
