Usually this same order we always order is great...Tonight the garlic toast was untoasted(just buttered bread), the baked... spaghetti tasted like it was from a can....this is usually not the case. Probably will not go back to order again. Read more
Ordered food, took an hour and 15 minutes and was delivered cold. The dipping sauce was incorrect and turned to soup as it was... heated from the mushrooms. Took them another hour to deliver the correct sauce that was initially ordered. Onion rings weremixed in with the mushrooms, not good for allergy barrers out there. The restaurant kindly offered to grace me with a coupon ,to which I will not return or a skip the dishes credit. I declined as I dont use skip often. Poor follow through and lack ofaccountability concerning the safety of the food.. Serving food below the temperature guidelines is unsafe, along with crosscontamination!! The location we ordered from (North Albert St., Regina) apparently don't know what the pizza ingredients are on the Royal pizza.... We ordered it as listed "Pepperoni, bacon, salami, sausage, onions, green peppers, mushrooms & mozzarella cheese." But we gotham and no bacon or sausage. I phoned and the manager said they would send another pizza. I asked specifically if it would bemade with no ham and would have the sausage and bacon and the lady on the phone listed it off as written above with the way wewanted it. I was quite disappointed with my recent takeout experience. I?d been here before, and it was good then. But this time, the pizza... had a soggy bottom, the portion of chicken fingers was piddly, and the breaded mushrooms were watery. I might not have botheredcomplaining, if it hadn?t been for the insulting ?Greek salad.? I added the quotation marks, because what I was sent wasn?tthat. What I received was a dish that contained only 1/4 tomatoes, cucumber, onions, and all of 2 olives. ??????? The remainderof the container was filled with shredded iceberg lettuce. That?s 3/4 of a container filled with just lettuce!???? Thereshouldn?t even be any lettuce in a Greek salad - that?s just filler. And pretty blatant filler, at that. I paid $8.00 for that.So, while I was hoping for a tasty meal, what I got was sloppy, only okay, and really just plain aggravating. ???? Read more

I can't order a pizza. It's too close to close for them to cook it. Do not recommend. Very poor customer service.
