I've been to Browns Socialhouse a few times here in Regina and elsewhere. This review is for the location on Rochdale in Regina... but can probably be broadly applied to other locations. A friend was feeling a bit down so I took him out to Browns for somedrinks and a meal. Food was great. No problems with that. I had the Tiki Tuna Poke bowl and he had nachos. For drinks Istarted off with a cider. Okay. Next I moved on to my "girl drink drunk" mode and ordered a fuzzy navel. No one there knewwhat a fuzzy navel was. I had to explain it to them. Woeful sigh. Then they didn't have orange juice, so I told them thatthey can make it with pineapple juice and it would be okay. It was. So I had several of those. Ended the night with aGuiness. Don't worry, daughter #2 was on call for a safe ride home. It was all good, but it would be nicer if they knew theircocktails better, and if they had a few more on-tap options, and better support for local breweries and distilleries. I getthat it's a chain, and consistency is king with chains, but it's also good to support local. I'd probably give them 3.5 stars,but since I cannot give half stars I'm rounding up to 4. Read more

Always amazing service and one of my favourite spots for lunch. Everything is amazing but I recommend the Calamari, Gyoza... dumplings, any of the burgers, blackened chicken Alfredo, or the ramen! Never disappoints Read more
