Poor customer service. I ordered a large cherry misty and noticed they had made one with ice cream so I told CJ who was working... that my order was wrong. He proceeded to tell me that I ordered a cherry freeze which is the one with ice cream. He thenrefunded me with difference between the orders with a scowl on his face and without speaking another word to me. Mistakeshappen which is fine, but telling the customer that I am wrong and then acting disgruntled about it is terrible customerservice. Read more
