Best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Baritsa was enthusastic and engaging, greeted me with a huge smile.... She recommended a new twist on my old favorite, caramel drizzle on my vanilla bean frappacino. She even suggested drizzlingcaramel down the sides of the cup.
