We were served quickly but had the one waitress with a mask. I wish we could request servers with or without. Lol. The food was... good the menu for kids was awesome. Not easy on the wallet . Read more
Honestly, I wish I read the recent reviews before we went in. I remember this place had great service, from being greeted at the... door, to being seated, asked for drinks right away, being checked on after food was delivered. While the food is still good, theservice has become shoddy, at best. Once our server seated us, it took a long time to come take our orders, and even then, weweren't asked if we wanted anything to drink! Once done, we were served our bill with a POS machine, nothing says "thanks forcoming, now leave" better than that! Used to be "take your time and pay on your way out, thank you". With all the negativefeedback on Google and their responses to address the service, one would think it should improve. Can't say I'll be going backanytime soon. Read more
I?ve always had a high standard for this particular restaurant, the way the food is presented to you is beyond magical. However... this time I felt a standards slipping right before my eyes. Normally when they present a Crepe, or anything off the menu. It?sjust beautiful. But this time I felt like it threw a cup of fruits together and just presented to me like it was nothing. Yesthe food was hot, and normally you have waitresses always filling up your coffee, without any hesitation. I just feel like itwas just floating by. Maybe it was just an off day. Service was awful. Sat for an hour when restaurant wasn't busy and one cup of coffee. Had to ask for water three times. And... brutally expensive.
