They make us wait for about 30 minutes and nobody taking our order, kids are hungry, im upset and talk to the manager and she... apologize. Im impressed on how they handle there mistake and gave us free dessert. i think its miscommunication on there part.Overall is a good experience i hope better experience when we comeback. Read more

3 of us went for dinner at 5:15. Server was good. Food came fast but in typical Keg fashion it was all pre-cooked then... re-heated. I sent the soup back because it was cold. The prime rib was barely warm and the potato was hot on the outside for aminute or 2 and still ice cold in the middle. This seems to be getting to be the norm for Keg. We're out of Gift Certificatesand certainly wouldn't spend hard earned money for a very substandard 50 dollar meal. Read more
