Over the last few years I?ve been in red deer this has become the worst tims in the city. They never get an order made... correctly, the food is always cold, sloppily put together, quality is beyond poor & honestly it seemingly gets worse each time.The food quality is so disgusting compared to other locations within the city. It?s unfortunate because this location is closestto me but I?ve officially decided to never waste my time and money at this tim hortons location again after constantlyexperiencing this continuing decline in service. Long lines, not enough staff, HEAVY focus on drive thru instead of restaurant, filthy tables, floors, and bathrooms, almost... constant drama outside....... What more can I say? Ordered the roast beef and cheddar with no bun, in a lettuce wrap as I have severe food allergies. The person handed me it and... said Chipotle steak and cheddar, I asked the guy to confirm as I can't have Chipotle sauce, so he asked her and she said it isroast beef and cheddar.
