Bought a ten piece chicken meal and the food was atrocious! Some chicken pieces were not cook fully, it was pink in color. The... gravy was something else to be desire. No flavor just blah. I ordered a bucket chicken by drive thru. I ask if I can have the extra crispy chicken and the person that I was talking to the... speaker said they don?t have the crispy chicken. So I asked again for the 2nd and 3rd time if they don?t sell crispy chickenanymore or are they out of stock. Then she was on a silent for 10 seconds and looks like she don?t know what to answer and thenshe said ?I am going to ask and double check?. And then just right after the girl said that to me there?s another person in theback ground yelled and said ?you have to wait for 35-40 minutes!? With the sounds that the other person in the kitchen wasannoyed or something that she doesn?t want to thaw and cook that kind of chicken to the customer. What a terrible customerservice!!!! So for that lady who will do extra work for the customer?. I decided that I will wait for half hour for her to cookthat extra crispy chicken. We were told 25 minutes for our order. We waited almost an hour. Young woman at the counter brought our order just as we were... about to ask for our money back and leave. Absolutely disgusted! I asked if it was freshly cooked they said yes! Ordered 1 4 piece meal and 2 chicken bowls. Chicken bowls... 3 lumps of extremely dried out mashed potatoes with approximately 1tbsp of gravy...in both bowls! Maybe a tsp of corn! A 6yr old could eat more fries then what I... got, plus they were cold, and our 4 pieces were so small, I got 2 wings in my pk, my salad was 2 spoonfuls.
