They forgot to put the Pattie in my big Mac, literally all they have to do. The only skill that is required to work there is the... ability to construct a sandwich. Remember the days when you could walk into a McDonald?s, order immediately and receive your order promptly? The whole idea of... fast food, remember that? Not sure where things went sideways, McDonald?s, but you fail miserably in that regard. There isnothing quick about your business. Your drive thru is chaos at the best of times, your dining room is chaos at the best oftimes. It is a complete waste of time even getting a coffee, for some reason that?s a 10-15 minute affair every single time, andthe majority of the time it?s not even made properly. I?m done. I stopped eating your food long ago, but I had a sweet spot foryour (occasionally) delicious coffee. No more. Really long wait in the drive thru for cold food! Especially when the dine in isn't even open because it's being renovated.... Burger was old, fries were cold/old as per usual. Forgot one of my fries and still charged me for a meal. Disappointingexperience everytime and it's not cheap. I asked for Jalapeno cheddar on my sausage mcmuffins and they put Lettuce onthem......... I purchased a Egg BLT on a Bagel and received a bagel with only cheese and bacon. Unfortunately I discovered their mistake when... I got to work. I tried calling the store several times but no one answered. I drove the ten minutes back to the store and askedto speak to the manager. Instead an employee came to address the issue. I received a new Egg BLT and headed back to work. I hadhoped after the inconvenience, they would alt least offer me a coupon or something. I drove back to work only to discover theyforgot the egg again. I worked for McDonald's 35 years ago and we always made sure mistakes were rectified with an apology and acoupon. Seems the Quality, Service and Cleanliness mantra is a little lacking these days. Read more

If I could give no stars I would. To the old cow who manages the morning shift wearing the name tag saying "Irene". I know it's... difficult for an old dog to learn new tricks but you need to learn compassion and people skills in your job. I parked andwatched some one walk in before me at 5:58am. I walked in ready to order and without hesitation she yells and I do mean yells atme that I'm not allowed in until 6am? The weather is -27 and the door. Was unlocked. Staff do not deserve to yell and customersfor nothing.
