Got chicken nuggets from here and they were not fresh at all.. give them a call to let them know about the food even Drive back ... from home to show the staff that they gave us a food which was not fresh. There was not any apology at first when we reach atthe window. Staff (Anmol) was very rude and said customer have to let us know that they want the fresh food, only then they cancook the fresh ones. We just stopped in at McDonalds at 1am. There was no one at the drive through speaker. We placed a mobile order. The guys waved... us to the window and explained that the guy w the headset was downstairs. They couldn't figure out how to process our order, hadto get the guy from downstairs. When we got our food the fries were rubbery and cold, the nuggets were like cold cardboard. Weimmediately asked for them to be remade. We had to wait for them to make them. While we were waiting we checked the burgers andthe filet of fish will not be eaten as it was totally dry and disgusting. Read more

Went in to check out the new Crispy Chicken Meal. Was not like the picture, was not a golden color was an Orangey Brown. Maybe... old oil or over cooked. Front counter person was a bit rude. When the order was ready I asked if napkins were in the bag shesaid yes. There were none. Lucky was eat in. Wife ordered a cheese burger no onions. Absolute worst experience. When I first went through the order taker was super disrespectful. Then when I got my food it was as... cold as ice. Went through and got my order remade as I was unsatisfied with it. Upon arriving at home. My fries were warm but myBig Mac was made like absolute garbage and improper, (only half made). Would not recommend this McDonald?s to even my worstenemy. $15 for inedible food and horrible service. If I could give a zero or negative star I would. Read more
