Staff was friendly and gave good portions when making the subs, I love that I didn’t have to ask for more of anything.
Came in 20 minutes before closing and were told we were still good to order. Employee was moving incredibly slow with another... person in front of us and after waiting 12 minutes (still 8 minutes until closing) we were told he wouldn't serve us anymore. Itwould have taken me a minute or 2 make our sandwiches. Terrible customer service. Not sure why you would promise to take ourorder and then change your mind after 10 minutes while you are still open, very unprofessional. Read more

So not actually sure what happened but Ashley was our "sandwich artist" for starters she was extremely rude or maybe... intoxicated. She was so out of it she just left the bacon to my sandwich on the counter, one of the other ladies working therehad to put it in the oven. While making the gentleman's sub ahead of us she slapped on so much lettuce pretty much nothing elsefit. Ignored the guy when he asked for honey mustard then, she proceeded to put on regular mustard then mayo but the poor guywas too nice to say anything. She then tried to close it but it was so messy she just got toppings everywhere. No hair neteither and she looks extremely unkempt. Very odd experience and would probably never go back to this subway again even though,the other two ladies where great. Give them more shifts and just can Ashley. Read more
