But what?s worse, the cook was seen licking her fingers after placing somenoodles in a bowl, then was seen putting overhanging spaghetti noodles from the side of the container into the bowl! Seriously??Licking your fingers? The other employee at back was seen smoking outside, coming in, not washing her hands and going to work?swearing because she had to do a salad.
