First restaurant that I tried on Quebec? sadly I don?t speak French. I got treated badly. My server was rude and never came back... to ask if I want another drink or how my food was, I felt they didn?t want me there. Food was good, presentation is lovely. Theynever came back to ask me how the meal was. Prices are too high for the quality of the service and food it is not that great. Iwill not come back. Do no recommend either unless you want to feel unwelcome. Read more
I went to this restaurant with some friends for a bachelorette party. It is also very important that I mention that this is my... perspective, I cannot speak for the others. This was my worst experience at a restaurant in my whole life. I am saying thiswithout any exaggeration. Please keep in mind that our reservation was for a bachelorette party, and we were a diverse group ofwomen (black and hispanic). This is a very important detail to keep in mind as you read this review: Here are the reasonswhy: 1) I called to move our reservation from 5pm to 6:30pm as requested by the bride to be. The employee I spoke with said itwas no problem. We arrive at the new reservation time at 6:30pm at the restaurant, and I am told that the reservation was neverchanged to 6:30pm. Clearly, they have poor communication among the staff. I could even see on the screen, that the reservationtime was never changed. 2) We got there at 6:30pm, we waited over an hour to order appetizers (so after 7:30pm), and we waitedover two hours (after 8:30pm) to order our main meals. We only got our main dishes at 9:30pm, so three hours later. To makethings worse, among a group, a girl waited until 10pm to get her meal. Meanwhile people who arrived after us got served beforeus. 3) During our wait, the servers kept bringing us free rounds of shots. Many servers kept walking past our table just tostare at us. It was very strange. Servers that were not even serving us came to our table to comment on our beauty or even flirtwith some of the girls of the group. I think they were purposely delaying serving us for their own pleasure? I have no idea.They even gave us a card so that we could purchase their alcohol at a wholesale price. We had a show the night we ate there and we told the waitress we had an hour to eat, she told us it was plenty of time. 1h30... after, we still don?t have our food, and we?re late for our show. When food finally came, it was not great, we all left ourplates barely touched on the table. Our server was Elodie (or Melody), she was nice at first, but when out food was late sheswitched mood. My wife and I visited this restaurant for a nice evening out. Service was incredibly slow and it took over an hour to get our... food. Servers and staff seemed more into partying with the guests than serving them. I had the risotto, immediately leaving therestaurant I started having cramps and when I returned to where we were staying I was sick for the next 4 hours. Would notrecommend eating here. Read more
