Service not good The food is usual like other Thai Express, but the service is terrible. I went today (17 August at 7:15pm) with... my family. The restaurant is supposed to be open until 9pm, but the two staff at the counter told us that they can only take ourorder if we are fine with take away. We agreed, but they refused to serve many customers as they wanted to eat inside therestaurant. This was very unprofessional on a weekend evening when everyone was way within the time limit. I read a lot of comments complaining about this restaurant. People, especially tourists, needs to understand that this... restaurant isn't a restaurant at all but simply fast-food service. It's like if Quebecois wanted to eat a poutine in arestaurant based in Thailand; it's probably not gonna taste as tasty as in Quebec. Thai Express is like McDonalds. If you'reexpecting to have a AAA steak quality; you're gonna be disappointed. So if you want something fast and tasty enough to fill yourempty stomach after a hangover, that'll do the job but expect more than that. Read more

Was craving Asian food, so I stopped here for a quick bite. This place is basically just offers fast Asian food you might get at... the mall or a food court. Got the pad see ew with tofu, which was so oily and not tasty. The tofu was hard and flavorless. Alsonote that the spicy is actually pretty spicy, and makes your food even harder to stomach. I would definitely not recommend,especially since the meals end up being around 11CAD or more, abd everything is served in disposable containers and withsingle-use utensils. Read more
