Very unwelcoming & unprofessional experience. We went there on Christmas eve, 2021. The closing time was shown 5PM onli3, & we... pre-ordered through website & paid online. And pickup was at 4:55PM & we reached there about at 4:56. The store was empty! Noone was there. The contact number on website was the store number, which obviously no one answered. We went there next day andthe person was almost closed the store and ready to leave (at 4Pm instead of 5). We told him about the issue & he was surprisedthat mucho burrito accepts orders through website! - we wanted our food, but he simply called manager and gave us refund fromcash register and left!
