Service to me is something that is always of utmost importance. You can have just awful food but the service can make up for it.... Also, when getting bad or good service, the waiter can make such a huge difference. We arrived at the restaurant but wenttowards the wrong entrance. We didn't know the main entrance was from the train station. The manager who saw my parents havingmobility issues was kind enough to open the side entrance. Once he realized our reservation was set for upstairs, he rearrangeda bunch of other tables to accommodate my parents. That is true service. The food was excellent. My steak was ok but based onthe other people at the table, they really loved theirs. And my kids loved their burgers. But the service... Incredible. I willdefinitely be coming back. Read more
My last visit was 2018 and after that the pandemic hit and I never came back . I?ve been coming to this fine superb... establishment since 2005. That was my 1st encounter with a steakhouse never looked back at another steakhouse you got goodsteakhouses and you got superb steakhouses . We had a large group of about 120 enter the building, all ordering at the same time. While I did have to wait a long time for my... food, the steak was cooked PERFECTLY. The sides, apps, and dessert left something to be desired, but the steak really shonethrough. Fantastic. Read more
Had an amazing last supper on our vacation @charbon.steakhouse ! Our waiter Michel was wonderful and the food and drinks were... amazing! Best place for a steak and there?s more than 2 options! lol Our Delmonico steaks almost fell apart with a fork it wasso tender. Our daughter?s burger was so amazing she didn?t want any mayo or anything added. The Chef was also able toaccommodate my low sodium, it was wonderful! The restaurant was beautiful, very chic??
